These terms cover buying from Rositas and using this site. They are written to be read, not to be dense. Nothing here replaces your rights under the law where you live.

Who you are buying from

Rositas is a small handcrafted body care and lifestyle brand. Products are made in small batches by hand. Orders are placed and paid for through the Rositas Etsy shop, so Etsy's own purchase terms and buyer protection apply to your order alongside these terms.

Products and photography

Every batch is made by hand from natural ingredients, so colour, scent and texture can vary slightly from one jar to the next. Photographs show real products in natural light and are not retouched to change how something looks. Small variation is a sign of how these are made, not a fault.

What Rositas products are, and are not

Rositas products are cosmetic body care. They are not medicines and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are treating a child, speak with your doctor first, and patch test anything new on a small area before using it more widely.

Ingredients and allergies

Full ingredients are listed for every product. Natural does not mean allergen free. If you are sensitive to nuts, essential oils or any listed ingredient, read the list before buying, and stop using a product if your skin reacts.

Digital products

Books and planners are digital files, delivered as downloads. Because they cannot be returned once delivered, digital purchases are generally not refundable. If a file will not open or arrives damaged, write and it will be replaced.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Orders are made and shipped from the Etsy shop, and shipping times, returns and cancellations follow the policies published on that listing. If something arrives damaged, send a photo within fourteen days of delivery and it will be put right.

Recipes and the journal

The recipes, swaps and guides on this site are shared freely for personal use in your own home. They are offered in good faith from experience, and you use them at your own discretion. Please do not republish them as your own or sell them.

The brand and this site

The Rositas name, logo, rose mark, photography, book text and journal writing belong to Rositas. You are welcome to share links and short quotes with credit. Copying pages, books or images for commercial use is not permitted.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the shop grows. The date below shows the current version, and the version live at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
